Olisah Metuh’s Claim Of Ill Health Doubtful - Court says

The trial judge, Justice Okon Abang, said this on Thursday while conveying a decision on an application looking for the arrival of Metuh's worldwide visa to empower him travel abroad for restorative treatment.

The judge asked why Metuh requested choices of the trial court that had nothing to do with his wellbeing however declined to bid those that managed straightforwardly with his wellbeing.

Abang held that it appeared there was a shrouded plan by Metuh to exhibit the court as cruel by recording a similar application under the steady gaze of the trial court a third time instead of going on request.

The judge said that he couldn't sit without anyone else judgment having just declined an application for the arrival of Metuh's international ID twice.

He added that as opposed to the claim by Metuh's guidance, Mr Onyeachi Ikpeazu, (SAN), there were no new actualities in the present application as the realities in it were the same as those in the last two applications.

"The issues brought up in this application have just been resolved in the two past decisions on the issue; there is just the same old thing new in this application."
